At first I thought it was the torque convertor on the car going bad. Cause it would feel like a slipping clutch. Oh it's an AODE. but i Kinda wanna know before I slam a TC in the thing and it fries that.

i heard some where if the oil smells burt, is the tranny. but if it smells of and is slipping then it's the TC. Have you guys hear of anthing like this?

If if smells burnt AND it's slipping, start looking for a replacement tranny. That condition indicates worn clutches. No amount of swapping fluid is going to fix that. Take it to a reputable trans shop and have that confirmed. I hope I'm wrong.

this is one of the reasons i always reccomend a trans cooler and a external trans filter......it would really keep these trannys alive
