Tranny problems.

I was wanting to know if when you put it in gear you can move the shifter knob around a little bit. Mine wiggles from left to right within the gear. I have a pro 50 shifter on my 5 speed cobra. Was just wondering. I have not noticed this before. I have not drove my car in about 2 weeks so maybe it is normal but what should i check on?

I notice the looseness on the T-45 (w/ Tri-Ax) much more than on the T-3650 w/ Pro 5.0). But I'm beginning to think that it's not as much the shifter as it is the trannie itself. Anyone else have experience with both? My 02 is very precise...the 01, loose as a goose.
