tranny shake

this past winter i did an AOD to a T-5 swap on my '90 GT and it went fairly well, the only problem i had was when i would hit within the 70-80mph range i would get a nasty vibration from the tranny, it doesn't shake the rest of the car like unballanced tires just the stick. if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it. thanks

I've had the same problem before... It was caused by the tranny to bellhousing bolts being loose.

Also, check the U-joints.. and crossmember bushings.

its could be a bad bearing on the input shaft of the tranny

A majority of people that have had this problem fix it by replacing either the u-joints, the driveshaft of both.

I replaced both with a 99 v6 driveshaft (free) and it fixed my problems.
