It appears that my #1 shift solenoid (SS1) it not coming on, which is causing my tranny to not shift into 1st or 4th, so I am thinking about rigging up a little toggle switch to try controlling it externally.
Do those solenoids take a 12v source, and if so, what fuse can I tap into to give it the juice it needs? Or I suppose I could tap straight to the battery and put a 10A (or whatever the correct size is) fuse in line with it ...
