anyone know of a place that buys and sells used transmissions.....i was thinking about swapping my 00 auto w/ a manual 5-speed....how much do you think this will cost and will they give me anything for my auto....about 68,000 miles on her

yup. New York Block Exchange. Great company to work with and they had the best deal i could find on a replacement transmission for my car. T5 manuals everwhere else i looked were a thousand bucks. Got mine from them for 425.00. 75 bucks shipping to my state which was half way across the country. there site is http://www.nyblock.com


I would recomment paying the 50 extra bucks for the warranty though. Never know about T5 transmissions. LOL
