trans issue

hey everyone the problems never end im building this car for my nephew new motor new rearend and transmission anyway fill transmission with 6 qts of fluid and start it to find wich line is pressure and no fluid being pumped out of either line dont understand ?? that should be enough fluid or do we have bigger problem like fly wheel flipped im not familiar with ford icccccccccccccccccccould have missed something

help

now after thinking not enough fluid it is full we have a totall of 10 qts still no fluid pumping when transwas put it in it came from shop empty including torque converter we put 1 qt in the converter put it together and nothing
