trans problems (not my stang)

i was coming home from work today and my s-10 just went into limp home mode. so tomorow i have to start chasing the problem down, hopefully its just the connectors loose to the trans, but it REALLY needs a flush and a filter... any other suggestions.

what year s10....its kind of hard to tell without knowing what the codes are....that would give you a good idea of what it is. if the filter is clogged it could have low line pressure which is sending it into limp mode. it could actually be tons of things.....what was it doing before it went to limp mode

my honduh is chattering right now, were sending it in this week for a service. So I kind of feel the pain, are the fluid levels good? I constantly have to put fluids in the honder, it leaks about a tablespoon everyday.

fluids are at proper level. its a 95 with a 4L65E transmission... i have not got the tech 2 on it yet, so i dont know what codes it might have thrown. i really dont wana drive it up to my work to diagnose it, i was hoping i could just do some quick checks and figure it out at home. i have not even looked at it yet im to pissed right now and just wana get really really drunk... was just wondering if you guys had some ideas. i hope my pcm isnt going bad. it was functioning perfectly fine all day untill i left work and then all a sudden taking off from a stop light it went into limp home mode
