Transmission fluid?

I have an 01 cobra and i want to change the trans fluid. it has about 37k on it and i dont think it would hurt. What kind of trans fluid should i pick up. Tell me the best you know of

i would use Mobil 1 ATF.

Some people have used GM Syncromesh in their TR-3650 transmissions (mostly in an attempt to cure the notchy shifting that occurs in colder weather). As long as you use any reputable synthetic transmission fluid, you should be fine though...

I use Mobil 1 syn ATF in my T56. It shifts smooth as butter...

I was coming to the board w this same question..have you guys seen that Lucas oil stuff? all i know is i seen it at the parts store, and they run a dragster...does anyone use/swear by the Lucas Oil products?
