i have a 98 mustang gt with 4.10's in the rearend i want to put a t56 that is from ddperformance.com and was wondering if the gearing was to much for my almost stock mustang. the gear rations are 2.97/2.07/1.43/1.00/.80/.62
If its like the trans in a cobra, dont get it they are SUPER notchy and stiff...my GT trans is WAY smoother.I also wanted a 6spd but after driving the cobra I wouldnt take it if it was given to me...well maybe LOL.Also that high first will slow yor 1/4 times down.Stick with the 5spd.
