I have a 92 auto 5.0. My buddy has a 99 stock 5-speed tranny, and he is upgrading to a 6-speed. Is it possible and/or practical to put his old 5-speed in my 5.0? I have someone that is good with mustangs and can do the swap for me, but I am just wondering if I will have to have everything custom done, or if I can just switch the bellhousing, throw in the clutch/shifter and be good to go? I really want to make mine a 5-speed, but I don't want to end up having to spend too much money. Thanks in advance!
