Transmission swap

I have a 1995 3.8 automatic with bad motor. I bought a 1994 3.8 with standard transmission and planning on putting motor and transmission in the 95. What all has to be taken out of the 94 and put in the 95?

Don't know much about the 3.8's. But on my 5.0, everything from the ECU, transmission cables, flywheel, bellhousing transmission, to the very end including u-joint connected to the drive shaft.

Well I'm putting the 3.8 motor and standard transmission out of the 1994 in the 1995 so it's all together. I know i need the pedals, driveshaft, computer, out of the 94. I have the whole car.
