is the 95 mustang transmission a t-5? I just want to know because im getting a Pro 5.0 Shifter.

Another thing, today I just noticed, when I shift into forth slowly its goo, but if Im on it and do a quick shift, it makes a pretty loud crunch like noise, I have no clue what it is, so I go into 4th slowly? Is my tranny screwed??
