Roush Transport recommendations

Can anyone recommend a reputable, reliable & relatively affordable transport company to ship a vehicle from the East to the Left, er, West coast?

So far we've contacted the 2 companies listed on PAS' website but their quotes are much more than we'd like to pay; in fact they are much more than I paid to get my Saleen Cobra shipped last year from Missouri.

Any recommendations are appeciated!

For enclosed:

Intercity lines if going to and from the E Coast. If you buy a car out of Florida, Exotic has the best prices due to being based near Orlando.....and they come in out of the state multiple times per day.

Your "rush" needs will dictate the cost as well.

I just had an '06 Saleen SC281 shipped from St. Louis to Los Angeles. I used:

They regularly ship exotics from the east coast to dealerships in California (my car was shipped along with a Ferrari F430 and a Bentley Continental GT), so you're Saleen won't be such a temptation for joy rides as it would for other carriers who are transporting Hondas and Toyotas. They are not cheap, but they will put your car in an enclosed truck and will not unload your car repeatedly and transfer it between different trucks (thereby increasing the likelihood of damage), as other carriers are prone to do.

DeMoise Trucking is the best and will have the best price. I use them exclusively. A couple of months ago coast to coast cost $ 1,600. I have never, I mean never an issue with them at all and I'm one of the worst a-hole perfectionists I know.
