Tremec 3550 has been discontinued, (unless you can find a new old stock somewher) you're gonna have to get what I believe is now referred to as the tremec 500 or 600
Tremec 3550 has been discontinued???? Is that right? I just got the new Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords and all the adds still have the 3550. Is the 500 better that the 3550? I am very interested in getting a Tremec that is why I am asking. I keep killing T-5's I need something stronger and from what I was reading 3550 was going to be the one. Any input would help!
Yes, do a search on this. there has been quite a bit of talk on this lately. check some sites, such as the d&d site, they no longer carry it. what you are probably seeing is old ads reprinted, or leftover stock, as it was discontinued within the recent months.
No worries, as the tremec 3550 was the weakest in the lineup, and the 500 and 600 are even better. They are higher priced though.
