trick flow r heads

anyone currently using these heads on a 347 stroker?

i have a pair i'm going to use on my car. thinking of going with an edelbrock victor 5.0 manifold.

looking to build a na high rpm strip engine.

any thoughts?

im looking at getting a motor from bennett and it has high ports on it. i asked the guy about going to the R heads and he said that it would be a waste of money. he said they change to the R heads and only picked up a few hp. he said it would not be worth the money to change. the motor im looking at is the 427 motor.

i already own the r heads so i'm going to use them.

looking for opinions on rocker arms, valve covers, push rods, headers etc.....

na, 4:10 gear, c-4, track car, fuel injected.
