Troubleshooting questions?

My check engine light is on and it's reading "bank 2 O2 sensor slow to respond" and this is the second time it has happened. The first time the light went off and I never did anything about it. first we need too know witch o2 sensor.. a upstream or downstream..

when you find out witch sensor it is .. replace it.. slow too respond codes 9-10 times is a o2 heading south on you.. now if that dont fix it you may have a problem..

the o2 sensor need too reach a certian temp in a given amount of time.. before the o2 reaches operating temp it will be sluggish or not work at all. the pcm picks this up and sets a code..

other factors other than the sensor it's self could be the placement of the o2 in the hooker LT's if they are not getting hot enough ( heater circuit helps get them hot but placement is still important) then they will not perform right setting the code..

well before you go that far replace the sensor and see if that works.. .

Check the wiring also. I have seen this code with a curroded connection when where the wires were extended to reach long tubes.
