As many of you know Troy bought a SVO. Very nice car and he is modding it quite well. Now, I heard he went to the track last night and here is my version of what transpired yesterday:

Leaving work early: Cost $25 in lost wages
Gas to and from track: Cost $20
Paying to race: Cost $20
Food and drink at the track: Cost $15

Running a 2.7 60ft.: Priceless.......................

Launching a Turbo 2.3 is not as easy as it looks. You either bog like hell or spin the tires.

I could never really get the hang of it but, you supposedly modulate the accelerator from 3500-4500 rpms, waiting for the green bulb.

I had an automatic (XR4Ti) so it was easy! It was only ever available in "one wheel peal", though. Grrrrr!

Liking the 4.10 gears. I went 13.13@104.45 in the 05' stang. It only has a cold air kit, sct tune and the 4.10's. The 60' was 1.94

Is that DA corrected? I know you 05+ guys are always talking DA times

oh yeah you guys just wait i did pull a 2.7 sixty but the first pass i pulled a 2.0 it went 14.6 @ 92 i was happy,then i pulled the knock sensor and the car had way more power and just blew the tires off, then i missed second i shift before the sixty foot timres ,hense the 2.7 .
