Reading through my newly aquired shop manual I was reading up on my next task, suspension. It seems like I have to go through the trunk to get my rear shocks out...is this the only way to do this?

If so, I have a bit of a problem as my entire trunk is carpeted and has subs semi-perminantly in there (I'd have to ruin my carpet to get at them)

You should be able to feel them by touch. Just cut the carpet out where the shock holes are???

Is it possible you can reach them easier by removing the rear seatback and divider board?

Ah! good thinking TireSmokn...luckily for me they're real close to the seat back. Still might be a little tricky, but atleast I know it can be done now, thanks a lot!

Not only can it be done by taking the back seat out, it's much easier that way too. For anyone.
