Hello everyone,
An idea has come to me of how I may be of help to the new mustang community, and posibly the whole mustang community over time. How many of your 05/06 owners would be interested in haveing a fiberglass box made to fit securely into your trunks right side OR left side corner. I am leaning towards the left side of the trunk as it is a bit bigger than the right side. Another reason is, I know some of you are planning the nitrous route and the right side is the easiest to work the nitrous onto. It would not be finished, it would be put into a gelcoat covering, or possibly a gray carpet to match the trunk. That is the ONLY two ways of doing them, as painting is not something I can take on. If there is enough interest I will head off to the store to buy the products and make the first prototype and all. I will of course make one, for a demo before ANY money or talk of price is considered. This is not to make a million dollars off of, just enough to live a college life and help with my car. Thanks for reading, any comments and suggestions are appreciated. To note as well- Any size speaker will be made to fit. Enclosures for subs from 8's to 12's will be available.

PS-if there is another product you all would like to see made, maybe we could work something out for that as well, if the speaker box is not of interest with this forum. Also please spread the word that it may come of prduction if numbers are good.

Sometime in the future Im going to need an enclosure built for some subs. Its going to be a while, and will have to have a specific air space etc but if you're interested in doing it Ill keep you in mind.

Only problem with this is you wont have much of a say on how it looks, shape wise. I understand why you need a certain spec airspace, as im trying to figure out my system right now. I may go for the first prototype in my car, so you guys can get the deal of how it looks. One for each side. I work 3 days a week and go to school 2 days. I only have weekens open, but if the deal with these boxes gets going I can stop my "real job" and do this for money. I will let you nkow once the time comes if I am able too build your box. IF ITS FIBERGLASS. i refuse to do any MDF boxes anymore than 1.5 cubes sealed because of my own personal experiences with fitment.

Is there any interest in this product? If so please let me know, and I will talk to you about how many others need to show inteest and get an order so it is worth doing. You don't have to have a 12 inch sub that will blow your head off, how about 2 8's or even just one 10??

pics will come as they are taken. i will say that the mustang is one of the most difficult trunks i have ever glassed. once i kitty hair the plug-mold and make sure everything is strong enuff to push in to make a "mold". from there i will REGLASS it much thicker as the final mold to wap with fleece. pics to come! i work all week all day and school fulltime as well so it may be a couple days or the weekend.
