well, since its going from a Non-PI head to a Ported head, them maybe*(highly doubtful imo). But like imblown said, no way at the wheels.
chances are they tested the car with their heads and a bunch of bolt-ons (maybe even cams?), and compared the numbers to a stock non-pi GT. Dont believe manufacturer claims until you see the part dyno proven.
