Yes, it goes along the top and down the back edge. A repair shop that disassembled it lost one of them. Unfortunately, I didn't notice for quite a while and now they won't admit it or do anything about it, but not worth a huge fight with them.
I'll have to check with Ford, though I hate going through dealers for most parts. They may not even be able to get one.
Pretty sure those only come with a headlamp assembly. Replacement lamps can be pretty cheap these days through americanmuscle or lmr though. Or go to the junk yard and peal one off a donor.
