Trying to Install Pullys, but kit did not come with Mouting hardware/hex bolts!!! Wha

Howdy fellow Stang Lovers.....been a long time


Gonna help out my buddy with a pully install...

We dont have the Hex Bolts that retain the crank pully. And ya can use normal bolts are they wont fit inside the small area of the pully....

So I believe "Lowes" carries these special Hex bolts

Anyone know what size I need?

If you have the old bolts, just take them to the store with you and match them up.

I believe those are 3/8-16 x 1". You're going to need Allen head bolts. ACE Hardware carries a good selection too.

+1. Socket head cap screws. You could get hex or torx drives if you wanted to be tricky.

Ace is where I picked up a bunch of stainless bolts when I did my engine swap to the Explorer engine. Definitely give them a shot if you have one nearby. They have stainless and zinc coated bolts in damn near every size you could want at the store by me.
