have a 13 mustang gt,cai tune,exhaust { just mufflers} and 373s automatic car,ONCE IN A WHILE MEANING MAYBE TWICE A WEEK CAR ACTS LIKE THE KEY JUST GOT SHUT OFF,IT DOSENT DIE IT JUST WONT MOVE THEN I LET OFF GAS FOR ABOUT 3 TO 4 SECONDS THEN IT RUNS JUST FINE,DOSENT SPIT OR SPUTTER JUST ACTS LIKE IT RAN OUT OF FUEL ARE JUST WONT MOVE. FRIEND HAS 13 MUSTANG GT WITH 373S AUTOMATIC CAR AND TUNE AND HIS CAR DOES SAME THING. SCARES THE CRAP OUT OF YA U THINK MOTOR JUST BLOWED ARE LIKE THE VALVES FLOATED OUT JUST WEIRD.

Get a hold of the company your tune is from and see what they say.

You don't yell at it like you are yelling at us do you? Lose the caps lock. But yeah. I'd contact the company your tune is from.

was just wanting u guys to know how agravating this is so i used capitals.contacted the tuner said he dont have any ideas,my cousin has same problem he contacted his tune co. same thing,they have no idea. was wondering is this maybe something with the 13 models.

Try turning your traction control system off and run it like that for awhile and see if you get the same result.

yes diferent tuners,i will try with trac control off everytime i drive it,thanks good idea.

My 2012 Auto does it under hard acceleration (especially when I floor it). The car doesn't shut off but but it stops accelerating like it ran out of gas, then after a second or two gets going again. I thought it was a bad tune but I have heard of stock Coyotes doing it too. The car runs fine all other times. Getting gears put in a few weeks and I am going to have it retuned. Hopefully it will be fixed then.

Have you had the tunes installed a while? I had a similar issue and went right to ford. They said the computer was still in the learning process...it was a couple weeks after I had installed the tune. Haven't had it happen again.

My friends car does it and mine does it. Mine didnt start doing it until recently. He has had 3 different tunes and all did it.
