Would a tuner give any benefits to a v6 5speed manual with no mods other than performance exhaust?
nor do I care about the speed limiter cause I never go over the posted speed anyway.
A tuner would do you some good. The Xcal 2 will wake the car up. It cleans up the throttle response and can increase performance or can be tuned for economy.
The Xcal 2 SF would probably be best for you, you need nothing more than the user programmable one. No sense spending money on a custom tune when it's not needed. The SF's are available on eBay all day long. That's where I got mine. I also have an update for the 05-06 V6 I can email you that fixes an ecu issue for the 06 and gives you some Cold Air Intakes in the options menu so you'll have the option to add one when the prices comes down.
