When i bought my car the owner said he had a predator tuner and i never got it. He wouldn’t return my calls, so now i have no tuner. Well i plan on buying a Xcalibor2 and was wondering if i can install that without the predator tuner. It may be a dumb question but i don’t know much of anything about these things, and i don’t want to run into anything dumb. I was also wondering if anyone knew any sct tuners in the Maryland area. Thanks guys

The problem comes in when the Xcal downloads the stock tune from your processor (the first step), which will be the Predator tune. So you need whoever you get the Xcal from to send you a stock tune in case you ever need it.

He owes you at least a couple hundred bucks for that value of tuner plus cost for annoying you

If the car runs fine, then treat the Predator tune as if it was the stock tune. No need to worry about it. It just means your stock tune is better than everyone else's stock tune.
