:Swap:
If you're just wanting to swap in a 2.3T into a car with a 2.3L than yes it will bolt in. I think the motor mounts maybe different and you will need some TC mounts which I think NAPA still sells. Some stangs are a hair more simple to do this swap like a 88 stang while the 2.3L DPs that has that DIS stuff to mess with.

:Electronics:
You will need a VAM ( look for a 3" vam from a 87-88TC) and a EEC from a 2.3T car. these parts aren't to hard to get unless ou go after then really good EECs.

Is it worth doing umm... if you got a moded V8 ready to go I would probly just you it. I love the 2.3Ts but why buy another motor if you got one right ;)

I used the mounts from my 88 n/a car to toss my turbo motor in mainly because the turbo mounts were in 2 pieces eesh. Engine fell right into place.

Thats nice to know. Now that I think of it, most of the TCs mounts you will find are going to be in pices. I wonder if its not a good idea to chain or modify the mounts to last longer since the motor will be out anyways  I got a friend on TF that busted his mounts on his 88' TC ( using a 2.3L DP DIS W/turbo lol) who welded chains on to hold them together if you want I can forward some pics of it.
