if you can fab up your own turbo kit, it will be relatively cheap. probably cheaper than the cheapest sc kit for these cars, but it takes ALOT of fabbing (manifolds, dumptubes/downpipes, intake piping, oil and water feed lines and returns), however the actual prices for the actual turbo's are cheap, you can pick up a pair of 50trims for 1500, or you can get a single turbo for the same amount, and throw an extra 500 in there for raw materials (piping, flatstock to make flanges, fittings) and you have cheap boost. BUT thats only if you can fabricate things yourself.
