Turbo Swap Completed! One problem remains...

Just completed my Turbo Swap in my 85 Mustang Notchback and I am impressed. It is like night and day. My project started as a carbed 2.3 auto and is now a EFI 2.3 Turbo 5-speed. I did a full EFI swap and turbo swap at once plus an auto to stick conversion as well.

The install and wiring was a breeze thanks to all the help of people here and of course Stingers, Crovax, 140CILX and GT350r's web sites. The swap is not as intimidating as some may think, it is actually real simple as long as you have some mechanical skills.

I had a few problems during the intial test runs. I could find my Intercooler bracket so I kept blowing my intercooler off and my wastegate wasn't working. I resolved those quickly but I have one more problem I can't seem to figure out. If I up the boost to anything over 12psi it blows my dipstick out and covers my engine bay in oil. I thought I remember seeing a post on this but I could not find it. I have the correct PCV valve for my motor and I have one way valves on eveything else. Compression is fine in all cylinders. Although 12psi feels fine I have already been spoiled with 20 psi during some tests runs so I would like a setting of around 17 to 20 psi as my final goal.

Anyone have any suggestions? Should I put a one way valve in conjunction with the PCV valve in the PCV system? Do I have a valty PCV valve? I'm pretty sure this is where it's coming in at since it's the only way I can think of that the boost can get to the crank aside from rings or head gasket.

You're probably right about the faulty PCV valve. I put a one-way valve in line with mine so I wouldn't have to put up with leaking PCV valves again and it worked great.

I only had 1 one-way-valve at the time which I used to isolate all the other vacuum accessories. I picked up another one last night and a new PCV valve in case the old one is bad. I will install those today and see what happens. I may have damaged the PCV valve when my wastegate was not working. The boost got pretty high before I noticed. Car pulled like mad though.
