All SVO's came with a t3, only difference is some came with .48 exhuast side other came with a .63 (i think). All t3's in fords are pretty much "direct swap". As far as a BOV id go through one of the turboford.org vendors first....ebay second..etc.

The answer guys like stinger always...always gave me was
"Run the T3 you probably won't make enough power to need anything else"
After learning what I have now...Its completely true.

I think the T3 is good to about 260hp before you'll want to swap. But I'm not the guru.

a bigger turbo will only cause alot of turbo lag unless your motor is highly modified........ right?

Not if it is properly sized...I've got a T04E 50 trim hybrid on my SVO (supports 450+hp) and I get 8psi by 2800rpm...when the SVO was stock (except for this same turbo) I got 8psi by about 3600...Just pulling the stock exhaust lowered it to 3200rpm.

I test drove an SVO that was supposedly stock except for exhaust and a hybrid. Once you got into the boost, it was fast as hell. The gauge never even read above 12psi or so and it was still quite a bit faster than my stock SVO at 16psi.
