I got a disc 8.8" rear out of my turbo donar '87 Ford Thunderbird TurboCoupe. Complete Caliper to Caliper. Car was an automatic so its got 3.73's Its a Trac-Loc. Car had about 135K on the clock. Don't know if the rear had any work, but previous owner said both wheels gripped.

How much you think this sucka's worth?

The trick is to sell it in your local classifieds for $450, advertise it as a 3.73 geared rear disc mustang rear end, or a 93 cobra rear end. Both are slightly misleading, but this one guy in my local classifieds does it. I called and chewed him out for selling thunderbird rear ends, but he said people don't give a damn, and will pay that much all day long. Sell it to someone not online and you'll get more money. To the people in the mustang community who "know" you'll get what all the others said.

What do you have to adapt to get the rear discs axles on a 85gt? I know the basic hook up. But I need to know about how to get the brakes workin. Any clues??? Thanks
