Okay, truck is running good now timing is all fixed, replaced the air meter, Brand new FORD Coil, new wires, new motocraft plugs, motorcraft distributor (All Motorcraft parts, this is not new, just mentioning it has all motorcraft parts) all the wiring it finished, truck is not throwing any codes....

However the power seems to fall off around 4800-5000 RPM, I thought this was low to fall off with my ported head, gutted intake, header and T3.... Also noticed, while it's doing this the tach is bouncing all over the place, as soon as it falls on it's face, it's bouncing randomly anywhere from 3000-6000 RPM.... Any ideas ?? Just now finishing up the little problems and it's starting to be some real :bs:

the tach gets the signal from the PIP sensor located inside of the distributor... which runs thru the ignition module on the side of the distributor... so your problem lies somewhere in those 2 items...
