Not to mention the wonderful new exhaust smell to replace that new car smell. I say if you want a louder car, put on a louder exhaust.

I have turn downs on my 4v...There is no exhaust smell at all! The atmosphere inside the car is just awesome with my Delta 40s. The car screams outside at high RPM. No annoying drone either with the 40s.

For whatever it's worth to you. It sure as HELL looks better than the Mustang exhaust bazookas running along the rear quarter panel...who ever thought that one up?!?

BTW...some mufflers will drone...and you won't like it after awhile!

keep in mind though tygr1....the 4V 4.6 is a whole different animal than the 2V 4.6. Exhaust pitch will be different (usually higher pitched) as well as drone characteristics. In my experience, nothing has a worse drone than 40-series Flows (2-chamber) or Mac Flowpaths on a 5.0L or 2V 4.6L engine.
