My Haynes manual covers 94-2000, but shows the wrong fuse panel, etc. Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 99GT ? My turn signals and hazards are inoperable.Thanks for the help !

It's to the right of the steering column, above the OBD port. It should be either blue or yellow, and if it's like mine was it's a PITA to get out.

OK - I see it - 2 inch long, yellow plastic ,rectangular "relay looking" box.
