My turn signals quit working and I checked all the fuses and they are good, I cant find the turn signal flasher under the dash, can anyone tell me where it is? I looked at my sons LX and it is not in the same spot on my GT. Anyone else ever have this problem and is there a fusible link in the wires anywhere?? Any help would be appreciated.

The 4 way flashers do work fine.

Yeah I have a 1990. You have one underneath where your radio is. Also your 4 ways run on a different circuit than your turn signals. If the flasher isnt there could be someone stole it and thats why your doesnt work now. The reason they stole it is because there tax rebate wasnt enough to buy everything and our economy is going to hell in a hand basket...lol jk Check underneath the radio it is there

Thanks, My Chilton's says it is above the fuse box and I took everything apart looking for it over there and didn't see it, I looked in from the pass. side behind the radio and there it was, I swapped it out with another Mustang that is being used as donor car for my sons Mustang and now I have signals again........Thanks!!!

I have a similar problem. My turn signals only work when they want to.. Apparently its on the same circuit as the ac blower motor because they work and dont work as a team. Any suggestions?

Yes - check/replace your ignition switch. Typically, if the turn signals AND the HVAC controls go, the stupid ignition switch is the culprit.

DUDE ITS YOUR IGNITION SWITCH(THE ELECTRICAL PORTION) ON THE COLUMN.
I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN 2 MONTHS AGO BLINKERS, BLOWER MOTOR, AND REAR DEFROST STOPPED WORKING. THEN HAD PROBLEMS STARTING, LIKE HAVING TO HOLD SWITCH FORWARD TO RUN. THATS WHEN I FOUND AFTER REPLACEMENT ALL THAT WORKED AGAIN. ALL BECAUSE OF THAT STUPID SWITCH FORD COULDNT MAKE FOR S*** .
