turn signal issue

ok i have a 68 mustang coupe. first off all the wiring is original not all hacked up or nothing.

my turn signals work with the lights off and with the parking lights on.

now when the headlights on the right signal works but the left stays like half lit and will rarely work and when it does it blinks slowly. but it rarely ever works with the headlights on.

i put a new n o s turn signal switch after i lost left and right signals.

what is going on. im very good at electrical issues but this one has got me.

Pull your bulbs and check all. Bad or partial bad bulb, will cause these types of problems. Bad grounds. And the last might be the headlight switch. I'd check the bulbs first!

does the hazards lite all the bulbs. if it does that will eliminate bad sockets or grounds and point the prob towards the HL switch. (id bet thats the prob to begin with though)

hazard signals work great with headlights on or off.

i wouldent have thought the headlight switch to be bad but it is original so could be.

oh ya i have led bulbs in the rear also.
