With headlights OFF, all the turn signals work. With headlights ON, passenger side rear doesn't work. The running light is on but the signal doesn't work. Any suggestions.

Check grounds. May not be good enough for both lights to work.

Do the brake lights work? I have found many problems with the rear brake/turn lights in the turn signal switch. It is behind the steering wheel and the contacts wear out.

If the grounds are OK, and the Bulbs are good - Did you check them - Turn signal switch.

But, check the bulbs first....

I had some new defective parking lights from MU that were wired wrong. Eventually burnt up the turn signal switch. Might try unplugging the front parking lights and see if the problem stops.

Once I rewired the lights - all was well. The color of the wires used is not correct.

i had the same issue from a missing bulb. the right side signals share a ground (common ground) and the left side share a separate ground.

as these cars are getting older minor weird stuff starts to break like the bulb pot itself may need to be replaced.

i have odd wiring issues from time to time and cannot wait to rewire the entire car with a blade fuse box.
