Hi guys,

Just got my fox on the road. Some of u know this because of my recent posts. Anyways, i have a question. Would anyone now the cause of my left turn signal staying solid only when the headlights are on? They blink fine during the day when I'm not using my headlights. I only doscovered this last night while driving home from work. I even replaced the bulb just in case and still the same problem. The right turn signal works as it should whether the headlights are on or off. Any info or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Ben

What happens if you only turn on the parking lights?

With the parking lights u mean the ambers on the front? Works fine with just the ambers on also.

Couple more questions. Do your high beams work?

Also, are the exterior turn signals lit when the headlights at on, or is it only in the dash?

Do the hazard lights all flash when the headlights are on?

Hazards work..The high beams don't work at all. The passenger side turn signal bulb actually blew when i tried to use the highbeam. It's sounding like something with the wiring. Any suggestions?

Possibly, but it could also be a bad multi function switch. The flashers and high beams are on the same circuit in the multifunction.

Did it blow the front bulb or the rear? With that bulb out, does the signal still stay lit with the headlights on?

Front bulb. Signal stays solid.

I would go back and recheck your bulbs and grounds first, just to eliminate the possibility of something being loose. Then I would replace the flasher relay.

This thread details a similar problem to yours...

Thanks much. I'll check it out this weekend. I actually replaced all the front bulbs excluding the headlights.

@Benz510
Check out the passenger side light ground - it is for the parking lights, headlights and turn signals.

Gotcha. Should there be one on the other side as well?
