Electrical Turn Signal Relay Location

Hello, Im new to this forum. I dont know where the turn signal relay is located on my 06 Mustang OR IF it even has one...

Google found a thred posted a year ago, of how a guy modded his turn signal relay so his sequential tail lights would blink slower. His description was for a 2004 mustang. I cant find anywhere, a definite answer for my 06. Some forums say the relay is integrated into the instrument cluster. some say the Central junction box... Anyone shed a lil light on this for me? OR if they know an alternate way of slowing the blinking rate of the sequential tail lights.

there is no relay... its in the ECU now.. you need to add a 50 ohm resister in line with the lamp to kill hyper blinking.
