For some reason, my right turn signal started to blink a lot faster than the left. Can anyone suggest a reason why?

Thanks!

The bulb inside a blinker is about to go out whenever it starts to blink dramatically faster than usual.

Simple answer....

If it is blinking faster, than either your front or rear bulb is out. Since the voltage is now only being passed to one bulb instead of 2, the wire in which allows the blinking heats up faster, thus making the blinking faster. So, replace your bulbs, easy fix...

So I replaced the bulb that was not working with a new one but it still didn't turn on. Any other suggestions before I take it in?

Thanks!

You should check your blinker fluid. This same problem happened to me last week so I popped the hood and looked at my blinker fluid container... sure enough it was bone dry. It's a simple fix that you can do yourself instead of paying the dealer kids to fill it up...

one of the lights is still out? or only one light was out? you dont have LED bulbs in there do you? LED bulbs will make them flash faster unless you change the flasher also.

One light is out. The left one on the right side of the vehicle. And no do not have LED lights.

Maybe I should try some of this blinker fluid bleeding is talking about huh?!?
