What would cause my turn signals to go out? Not even the little arrows in my dash work?

probably the switch ... if it was a fuse, i would think other stuff would be out also

Is there a flasher under the dash of these cars like the foxbodies? Mine blinks fast when the right turn signal is on and teh left one is normal, i figured my flasher was about to go out, any idea?

that just means you have a bulb out on the right side

It's a piece of cake to replace. Just have to take the casing off the steering column, unscrew a couple screws, and take off a couple of wiring harnesses. You can probably find one in a junkyard for pretty cheap.
