Yeah you need to download everything. Remember to install BDE before trying to install the STKR programs! It will work with WinXP no problem. You should already have the USB driver so you'll be fine.

For your idle problems, I suggest buying EEC Analyzer. I bought it and it's well worth the $50, trust me! I usually get my tune 90% down after the first run through that program. But for the first time around, if you send me a datalog with the right payload I can try to help with the tune if you like. Just PM me.

First step is to get it up and functioning properly. That seems to be a task in and of itself for alot of people so do that first then start getting into it.

Yeah you can turn the thing off completely by turning the knob full clockwise.

What is the EEC analyzer program?

When I installed mine, I put a shim in between the empty space and the connection to keep it from moving around when I install it. Then, I wrapped some duct tape around it.. So far so good.

Me too!

You can fix anything with duct tape or JB Weld

I used part of the box the tweecer cam in as a wedge to keep the tweecer level on the eec otherwise it is kinda un-even, then used good amount of black duc tape. I am preaty sure if I flip end over end, roll many times, and hit a wall at over 100mph the tweecer will still be attached to the eec.

Yea and even if it didn't, the twEECer would be the least of your concerns.
