I'm going to download software tonight, but I had one last question. I can't download cause I'm at work, but I'm assuming the mirror1 mirror2 stuff just the updated version of the software its underneath. Can I just download the mirror 1, mirror2 stuff, or do I need to download the mirror stuff and the sofftware above it?? ( like the BDE and Mirror1).

Going waaaaay back to the original question, yes, you can view the version 1.30 data logs with Excel but you need to convert them first. If you open CalCon and go to the Plotting tab, below the graph and above the "Dislplay", "Color" and "Export" buttons there is a text box. It may or may not have any text in it. Double click on the text box and it will bring up an open file dialog. Select the file that you want, then click on the export button. It will create a CSV file that is compatible with Excel. No, it's not intuitively obvioius and yes the 1.30 version has some issues. If it didn't have ACT available, I would use 1.20.

I just kinda sorta suspected you could do something like that

You can load either version into your PC. I think they are both available on the web site. If not, ask someone in the TwEECer forum and I'm sure someone will e-mail you a copy of 1.20B. You don't need to get an old TwEECer to use 1.20B if you want to.

Definitely get the RT model.

The EEC Analyzer is a separate program that you can buy for I think $50. Several people use it and have had great results.

The new version of the software isn't "bad", but it has some quirks that keep it from being "great". In any case, if you have driveability issues with your car, you should be able to tune them out with a TwEECer.

I was afraid someone would misinterpret all the above junk I talked about by thinking 1.30 was bad. That version is not bad ...... I just like version 1.20 better.
