Twin stock pumps?

I've been debating fuel pumps for a while.. Today, I got to thinking..

The stock pump is good to what? 300-325whp? Why not run dual stock pumps? 600-650whp worth of fuel is plenty for most people.. And a stock GT pump should be easy/cheap to get ahold of...?

Am I missing something here?

yes you are. the stock intank fuel pump only has room for 1 fuel pump. to get a dual pump set-up you'll have to buy the 03/04 Cobra dual pumps and the 2 of those will out flow 2 Gt pumps, so its not cost effective
