Twin Turbo Kit - 750?

I have to be missing something here. At first I thought it was a misprint or something was missing, but all the prices on their site are obscenely low. I'm wondering if they are just scamming people by having them pay up then dissapearing soon..

SS Autochrome is for real, they use the cheapest nastiest Chinese parts they can get and deliver exactly what you pay for.

Also don't expect it to be a bolt-on kit by any stretch, they don't put any real engineering time into anything they sell.

a lot of people (including myself) are using wastegates from ssauto, no probs

while others are getting turbos with compressor covers that split in half on the casting line....

You get what you pay for. A good turbo kit/done right is $$$.

those are actually the SSAC knock-offs that split like that(yes, there are SSAC knock-offs). still not the greatest quality kits.

I had an SSAC turbo/mani on my old civic, made 240whp/190wtq on the stock SOHC longblock and ran a 12.6 1/4. Talked to the guy I sold it to recently and he said the turbo and mani are still holding up just fine, it's been 3 years since I had that car

I'd never buy any of their products again, because of the experiences of others with brittle manifolds and poorly assembled wastegates, but to each his own...

there so much he said/she said **** about companies. BOV's and gates aren't that complicated in design, go ahead and pay hundreds more for a tial or even more than that for a hks if it puts your mind at ease. I, however would NOT use a turbo from a company that has "supposedly" split in half.... yet there are many people using that turbo that have had success. It only takes one comment about a split compressor to really bring down a business. ya know? If you are getting your info from turbomustangs then thats a great source but beware, if you arent using anything by teamz or any of their other sponsors then its junk.
