I did a search and really didn't come up with much.
I have wolfe upper and lowers, but ever since I put in the upper's I have this loud clunk when I take off or go over any kind of bumpy road or if I push the car side to side. Is there anyway to fix this? Or is it just a trade off to having heim joints all the way around? The only thing i've come across is that maybe the bolts need to be tighter.

When you use a set-up like that you will get more noise however you should not be getting any hard/loud clunks.

What is the pinon angle? Are the jam nuts tight? Are you running an anti-roll bar? How do the TQ boxes look?

The torque boxes are fine, all the nuts are tight but I read they need around 90 ft/lbs, which I know I didn't get close to. No anti-roll bar, that should be around christmas time. Pinion angle is about -1 1/2 degrees, per wolfe's website instructions.

It just sound as the parts are loose but everything is tight back there. It's annoying and makes me not even want to drive it.

Put the rear frame rails on stands and jack the axel up and down carefully. You should come to a point where it will bind and clunk loud. Keep moving it up and down through that range when you find it and you should have no problem locating the offending part.

And try jacking each end of the rear up seperately too.
