Hello: I think I need to rebuild my 2v carb in the 71 mach 351c. I switched over to pointless stuff, but no real improvement, adjusted it to 6deg.btdc. The choke has not been right since I got it. The car sat around for a year with no running.
Also, side question, can you take a single Y exhaust pipe and cut it at the bend and use it for duals? Thanks

the cost for exhaust is very small, and for the best fit it is probably worth the few extra bucks to just get header / manifold back done. most exhaust shops will charge the same $$ for labor because of the time it takes to cut and fit to existing pipes. At least that is what i have seen. plus this will allow you to upgrade to 2.5" pipes if you want a little more flow.
