The things that concern me are this: what if I do it and it comes out all lumpy or something. I'm also wondering about the rear seats, when you pull the old skins off does the old foam rip and tear off from being glued to the covers? With the fronts this isn't as big of a concern since one can buy the new foams but I've yet to run across a company who offers rear seat foam. I'm kinda contemating buying the covers and front foams and having an uhpolstery shop put em on but I dunno. Like ole boy said, that's a lot of $ to fail. I'd hate to attempt it and end up being worse off then when I started.I am looking at new foam and skins too. Just redid my explorer seats and they were easy as pie. These can't be that much harder

yup, late model has a youtube channel and i think they say to do just that with them.The covers aren't glued to the foam. The rear foam will more than likely be just fine. If it isn't, go to the junk yard and grab another.
As far as it being lumpy, there is a trick in one of the PDF's I read through that says to cover the foam with a thin plastic bag. That allows the cover to slide down over the foam easier.
