Do I need to get a shorter serpentine belt when I replace my factory pulley's with the under drive pulley set or can the tensioner pulley be adjusted to compensate for the dimensional changes of the pulleys?

Used the stock belt but that started to squeak (4 years old). Bought a new one, works great.

Same size.

How can that be? Aren't these pulley's supposed to be smaller in diameter?

The ratio's change or something, so 1 spins faster, 1 spins slower or something like that.

Which is better, the steel or aluminum? What brand would you recommend?

Do I need a timing adjuster if I install the new pulleys? I have my timing advanced already using the Autologic chip.
