69 302 mustang 3 speed

I rebuilt the motor and now trying to get it all back together.
There is a threaded hole in the driver's side of the bell housing. It is just above the clutch fork and closer to the front of the engine. I have no clue what should go in this hole Anyone know?

Thanks

ya, that bell housing is very similar to mine, and has the same hole. The hole is just above and a little to the right of the hole for the clutch fork in that picture. We are seeing it kinda from the side but the opening is still visible.

Anyone know what that hole is for?

I can post pics if that helps? I just need to figure out how. lol
