I think you should just sew autometer .... sounds to me like that monster tach with shift light mounted on your a-pillar, as described in the autometer instructions, could be the problem. I also think I heard you say you were driving normal and then all of the sudden the shift light came on and blinded you. This caused you to swerve to miss the SUV that you believed you saw but can't quite remember due to the blinding shift light in your eye at highway speed. The car flipped and all you remember is a bright light which you thought was Jesus coming to take you to heaven. When you awoke you realized that it wasn't Jesus but instead the shift light still lighting up and thereby causing you severe emotional distress for having you under the impression that you were dead, as well as, loss of wages, pain, and medical injuries for having come on in the first place. This would have been possible if you didn't have the cover on the light
Second scenario, you had just left McDonald's drive-thru when you went to open your sweet & sour sauce. Unfrotunately, the company over filled the sauce thereby casuing pressure to build within the sauce container. When you opened the container, this caused the pressure to be released, thereby causing the sauce to get shot in your eye like your name was Jasmin St. Claire. This in turn caused you to become blinded will driving at highway speed which ultimately resulted in you losing control of your vehicle. This would have been possible but it seems that you ate all of the sweet and sour sauce.
Seriously, hope you feel better and you a really lucky!
